The primary care team consists of all the practice staff working together to provide primary care services to our patients. The team consists of doctors, nurse practitioner, practice nurses, management and reception staff.

The extended team includes the community nurses, health visitors, midwives, community psychiatric nurses, dentists, ophthalmic practitioners, pharmacists, social workers etc.

These professionals are the employees of different health trusts and are involved with the practice as partners in the care of the patient and their families.
