Our practice manager and our management staff work together as a team to ensure that the practice is managed as effectively and efficiently as possible.

The patient, very often is not aware of the management activities within the practice. There are numerous day to day activities that must be organised and administered well to enable the practice to run as smooth as possible. The new contract for primary care is a large responsibility and successful delivery of this contract requires a dedicated and experienced team who work in an integrated fashion with all the clinical and non clinical staff of the practice.
