Community Staff are employed by Carmarthenshire NHS Trust and are attached to the practice at the Penygroes Surgery and the Cross Hands Health Centre.

Community Nurses work closely with the practice and visits are arranged by the nurse, doctor or hospital. The District Nurse can be contacted by telephoning the Penygoes Surgery or Cross Hands Health Centre.

The Health Visitors role is to promote, enhance and maintain the health of individuals, families and communities. They can be contacted by telephoning the Penygroes Surgery or the Cross Hands Health Centre.
