The practice gained the prestigious Investors in People award in 1999 following eighteen months preparation. All the doctors and staff of our primary heath team worked closely together identifying our personal and team educational and skill needs.

Our practice manager Mrs. Gloria Evans lead the process of training according to the identified needs and a corporate training and skill development plan was designed in collaboration with the Local Health Board.
