Penygroes Surgery Procedures

Please allow 24 hours notice in order to prepare your prescription and collect it at the surgery on the following day.

Urgent Prescriptions

The doctor will issue requests for urgent prescriptions on the same day, during patient consultation or after surgery.

Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat prescriptions are taken daily from Monday to Friday. Prescriptions can be obtained by either of the following methods:

1. Marking the requested medication on the repeat section of your prescription and handing it to the receptionist at the surgery or placing into the patient’s post box.

2. Phoning the repeat prescription line on 01269 842 110. The line is open at the following times:

Monday 08.30am – 12.30pm
Tuesday 08.30am – 12.30pm
Wednesday 08.30am – 12.30pm
Thursday 08.30am – 11.30am
Friday 08.30am – 12.30pm

Please make every effort to order during these times.

3. By post. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
