The practice examines our patient’s opinions by sending a sample of patients a questionnaire. This questionnaire asks your opinion on the service we offer, our clinic and appointment arrangements and the quality of care provided by our doctors and nursing staff.

The questionnaires are either posted to the patients and a sealed addressed envelope is provided for its return or given to the patient at the surgery or after their consultation.

The aim of the questionnaires is to examine our care provision and to change whatever is necessary and within our abilities to do so in order to improve our service to you.

The patients group are an important part of our evaluation and will advice the practice on any improvements to our care provision based on the outcome of the questionnaire or the views of our patients collected in the normal way.
